  • Abbreviated Dial

  • Allows the creation of a speed dial list of up to 100 entries that is activated by using a star code.

  • Auto-Attendant

  • Auto-Attendant is a powerful automated business service that replaces the need for a receptionist.  Unlimited enterprise recordable voice messages guide callers to the desired party with integrated touch-tone call routing based on programmable menus, dial by extension, time out handling, time-of-day routing, etc.

  • Call Forwarding

  • Automatic Call Forwarding with Selective Rules eliminates the need for human intervention. Rules include busy, no answer and unconditional.

  • Call Park

  • This feature lets a user park a call.  Parking a call is similar to placing a call on hold, except that when a call is parked the line is freed up for normal use (unlike hold, which ties up a line).

  • Call Queuing

  • The I-Net Hosted PBX call queuing feature will allow customers to place their callers in a queue while they wait for the next available agent or representative. This feature is ideal for the small business that receives incoming calls into functional areas such as sales, technical support, customer service and much more.

  • Call Transfer

  • The Call Transfer feature lets a user transfer a call to another internal extension or external number.

  • Call Waiting

  • Lets a user receive and answer a call on the same line that is currently busy.  If desired, the user can then use a feature button to switch back and forth between two calls.

  • Caller-ID and Call Waiting Caller-ID

  • Helps determine if this is a call that can wait or not.  The number and name (if programmed in) of incoming call appears on display.

  • Conference Facility

  • A full-featured Conference Facility provides a way to hold meetings involving participants from multiple sites, saving travel time and expenses for all involved.

  • DDI (Direct Dial In)

  • Allows callers to directly dial an internal extension. Bypassing an operator or auto attendant.

  • Direct Extension Assignment

  • Allows a user to re-program a telephone to be his/her telephone.  For example, the user is visiting a remote office and wants to program a “guest” telephone to ring as his/her telephone.

  • Do Not Disturb (DND)

  • When you need quiet time to finish a project, put your telephone in a state that will not ring and calls will automatically be forwarded to voicemail (or to a busy signal if voicemail is turned off).

  • Freephone Numbers

  • I-Net offers an inexpensive way to have a freephone (e.g. 0800) number service for your business or personal use. A freephone number service, offered in conjunction with our voice and fax plans, allows callers to phone you for no charge regardless of their location inside the UK or your location worldwide.

  • Hunt Groups

  • Calls are directed to groups of users for increased call coverage.

  • I-Net Switchboard

  • A powerful PC-based receptionist-controlled console.  Allows multiple call viewing and handling, direct transfer to extension's voicemail, supervised transfer, and direct status view of extensions (in-use, do not disturb, out of service).

  • Local Time Zone Management

  • Eliminates the need for a clock on your desk.  The day, date and current time is always displayed on display-enabled SIP phone.

  • Microsoft Outlook Integration

  • The I-Net Outlook Integration seamlessly integrates your Microsoft Outlook contacts into your I-Net PBX extension by installing software to your PC. Incoming calls are displayed with screen pops based on your Outlook Contacts. Outlook Integration also places a button on your Outlook program so you can place calls directly from your address book.

  • All I-Net Hosted PBX customers can download I-Net’s Outlook Integration software at no extra charge. This program currently works with Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and .NET Framework 2.0.

  • Music/Messaging on Hold

  • The I-Net Hosted PBX allows you to replace dead air with music or important information with our Music/Messaging on Hold feature.  Upload .wav files you want to use, and play conference invitees are played music or messages while waiting for others to join.

  • Online Billing

  • Go paperless and receive updates on usage with our online, real-time monthly billing capabilities. We can provides call logs of all DDI numbers.

  • Ring Groups

  • A ring group is a way for a number of extensions on a the I-Net Hosted PBX to share the distribution of incoming calls. Typically support, sales, and accounting would have ring groups to share the incoming calls among employees of a company.

  • Ring Tones

  • Distinctive Ringing signals whether an insider or outsider is calling you.  Internal calls are distinguished by a single ring; external calls are distinguished by two rings.

  • Simple Administration

  • The I-Net Hosted PBX provides an easy-to-use web interface for configuring the PBX features, Auto-Attendant, and Ring Groups as well as an Extension Manager via the I-Net Control Portal for customizing individual user settings.

  • Stutter Tone Notification

  • Advises if your phone is accepting calls or if you have any messages.

  • Three-Way Conference

  • Quickly get a second opinion with 3-way conferencing.  Add an inside caller, add an outside caller and drop callers.

  • Virtual Numbers

  • A Virtual Phone Number is a second number that when called, rings to a primary I-Net line. Virtual Phone Numbers can be from all local area codes within the UK (and many internationally), thereby providing enormous savings to people phoning you from that selected area or country. A Virtual Phone Number can eliminates long-distance telephone charges for anyone calling within that number's local area code.

  • Voicemail

  • Our business-class voicemail is a powerful business service tool that is available when you cannot answer the phone.   Voicemail notification via email - if you have access to an email account, you can receive either a voicemail alert notification or voicemail audio file attachment via email.  Forward to mobile, listen to voicemails via attached email, one number access allows follow-me search, return call directly from voicemail message, dial out of voicemail, voicemail forward to another extension - users can forward a message to another user on their system to share information.
